However, music has been shown to affect both hemispheres of the brain as a whole, allowing both facets to be stimulated.<\/p>\n<p>The data shows that listening to music and music performance have considerable advantages. A few years ago, popular culture was filled with the Mozart effect, it was said that listening to classical music for a few minutes a day permanently increases a child&#8217;s IQ. While subsequent music research shows that the Mozart effect does not exist, several studies show benefits of music, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Positive effects on body energy levels and heart rate<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate stress and emotional release<\/li>\n<li>Greater creativity and abstract reflection<\/li>\n<li>Music research on music education suggests that musical activities such as dance, instrument play, and singing show long-term benefits for memory, language development, concentration, and physical agility.<\/li>\n<li>Increases concentration<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-13445 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/frenchlatino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/green-chameleon-s9CC2SKySJM-unsplash-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/frenchlatino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/green-chameleon-s9CC2SKySJM-unsplash-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/frenchlatino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/green-chameleon-s9CC2SKySJM-unsplash-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/frenchlatino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/green-chameleon-s9CC2SKySJM-unsplash.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Improves memory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It seems clear that enjoying music can be done without limits and it has many advantages.
