Dancing makes us happy
Music is universal and we have it genetically incorporated, just like language or the ability to do numerical calculations. Therefore, most people except a few have a consistent musical ability to appreciate music.
Different studies have found that dancing has favorable repercussions on the body, since it improves physical and mental health and causes more happiness.
In a study by Swedish researchers, it was concluded that those who had some type of physical and emotional discomfort improved their mental health, decreased the physical discomforts they had and felt happier since they started dancing.
You no longer have an excuse not to get carried away when your favorite French Latino’s song plays.
